This morning we got together with some friends and had an easter egg hunt for the kids. Maya enjoyed herself immensely. Brennan liked visiting with friends, but wasn't a fan of the hunt for the egg. It was crazy, yet a lot of fun. We've met some great kids to hang out with that Maya and Brennan really like.
Charlie had his final vet visit today. I can stop the fluids!! He's just above the normal range, but the vet says he looks good. He finally gained some weight back too. We're waiting to get contacted by the local paper to write a story on him.
Tomorrow is Good Friday. My final day without candy. Cadbury eggs and Peep bunnies get prepared to be in my belly. We're heading to Iowa for the weekend. The kids are excited to stay in a hotel with a swimming pool. Too bad the weather has decided to turn crappy again.

Have a fun time in Iowa. I wish we were back for Easter. The good thing we will see my parents and Jason and Amanda next week in Vegas.
